Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful business and content workflow purposes;
• Ensure you have rights and permissions for content you submit, generate, or publish;
• Review AI-generated output before publishing or relying on it;
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including LinkedIn when you connect or publish there;
• Maintain backups of content important to your business.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from LinkedIn or other platforms outside authorized API access;
• Send spam or deceptive bulk outreach;
• Violate platform rate limits or anti-abuse rules;
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• Distribute unlawful, harassing, or infringing content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access as described below.

The Service uses AI for content and workflow assistance. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before use. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, or business outcomes.

Features may be offered on free or paid plans. When billing is enabled, fees and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in account settings. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are billed in advance for the selected period;
• Taxes may apply where required;
• Subscriptions may renew until cancelled per billing terms;
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a period begins.

If billing is not active, you may use free-tier features subject to published usage limits.

We retain rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit. We grant you a limited license to use the Service for internal business purposes. You grant us a license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeFoodie Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some may not apply to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or discontinuation. Surviving provisions include limitations of liability.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge you have read it.

We may modify these Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where BeFoodie Inc. is incorporated and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws apply.
